The location was very convenient with the metro nearby. This made it easy to get around. the staff were friendly and always available at reception! the breakfast had a good selection of food, with plenty to choose from each morning.
My room had some noise from the street. This made it a little difficult to sleep at times.

There was always someone at reception. This made check-in and check-out very smooth, and the luggage storage was useful, as i had a late flight. It meant i could explore without my bags.

my room included air conditioning, and it was very effective, i found this vital during the warmer days, and the room service ensured that fresh towels were provided daily and the room was always clean.

The room had a comfortable double bed. Blackout blinds made for restful sleep. The room faced the back so it was very quiet. I found the location excellent next to the metro station. Port Vell was within easy walking distance. Good bus services were also nearby.
Restaurant choices around the hotel were somewhat limited.

The breakfast area was clean. The breakfast was diverse, a good start to the day. Staff maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the hotel tidy and organised.

the hotel location is close to the metro, this made it very useful. coffee, a kettle, and toiletries were available in the room, that was a plus.
The room cleanliness could be better. also, my room lacked air conditioning, facing the back, it had an bothersome noise. the hotel requires a remodel and soundproofing. This is not ok.

I was pleased with the early check-in. I arrived in the morning, and the reception kindly allowed me to access my room immediately. The metro and buses were very accessible from the hotel. Eduardo and Vaida, staff members, offered helpful guidance regarding public transport and treated me with kindness and respect. The location was convenient with the metro station a short walk away.
I noticed limited dining options directly around the hotel. this did not greatly affect my stay.
